The wrong that they are doing is that they ask others to do what they are unwilling to do. To become "multicultural", they wish to be Homogeneous as a "Jewish" state, but then claim that others have the moral imperative to take others in and that THEY will have the leading role in changing an already multicultural society (Germanic, British, Irish, Scandinavian, Finnish, Balkan, Iberian, Italian all Cultures, that are part of Europe, distinct and beautiful), in a "multicultural" society.

Why do they resist? Do they fear losing their identity of Jewish State? Which they do, they fear losing the majority, just as those in other countries do, yet WE are the xenophobes and racists.
