DISCLAIMER: This document shall set and serve as the true and enforceable set of bylaws to which the Disneyland chat-room shall use and apply. Failure to comply with the guidelines listed herein will result in punishment of the offending party.

Title I - [Moderation Abuse]

§. Improper Close

(a). The closing of another user by means of anger, resent, spite, hate, or any other emotional reason(s). This is not limited to 						emotions that may arise from nudity, pedophilia, chat-box, and or microphone spamming.
	• In the instance a 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 miss clicks, and or closes another users video without proper reason(s), and such 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 does NOT make a '𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵' to resolve the issue said 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 created, such 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 shall be in violation of this section; Title I [§. Improper Close].

§. Improper Kick

(a). The kick of another user by means of anger, resent, spite, hate, or any other emotional reason(s). This is not limited to emotions that may arise from nudity, pedophilia, chat-box, and or microphone spamming.
	• In the instance a 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 miss clicks, and or kicks another user without proper reason(s), and such 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 does NOT make a '𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵' to resolve the issue said 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 created, such 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 shall be in violation of this section; Title I [§. Improper Kick].

§. Improper Ban

(a). The ban of another user by means of anger, resent, spite, hate, or any other emotional reason(s). This is not limited to emotions that may arise from nudity, pedophilia, chat-box, and or microphone spamming.
	• In the instance a 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 miss clicks, and or bans another user without proper reason(s), and such 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 does NOT make a '𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵' to resolve the issue said 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 created, such 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 shall be in violation of this section; Title I [§. Improper Ban].

§. Improper YouTube Video Close

(a). The closing of another users YouTube video by means of anger, resent, spite, hate, or any other emotional reason(s). This is not limited to emotions that may arise from nudity, pedophilia, chat-box, and or microphone spamming.
	• In the instance a 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 plays over another users video unintentionally and said 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 does not play the video at question, and or refund the effected users tickets, within a '𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦', then such 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 shall be deemed to be in violation of such Title I. [§. Improper YouTube Video Close].
	• In the instance a 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 closes, or plays over a video before said video is complete, such 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 must have used a '𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘥' in making their decision to do so. If such standard is not met as defined in Title III [§. Definitions], the 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 in question shall be in direct violation of Title I [§. Improper YouTube Video Close].

§. Intentional Misinformation

(a). The intentional and knowledgeable misdirection by use of false pretenses in which could harm, diminish, or destroy, another individuals experience within the chat-room. This rule applies strictly only to the operations and protocols of the Disneyland chat-room, and DO NOT include instances of '𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯'.

Title II - [Chatroom Abuse]

§. Microphone Spamming

(a). Any intentional, or unintentional transmit of continuous audio data which hinder's the flow of said chat-room, in result satisfying an open microphone; "open mic".

(b). Any intentional, or unintentional transmit of obnoxious, or any other unpleasant sound(s) that are harmful to one(s) ears, used to insight fear, or startle another user.

§. Chat-box Spamming

(a). Any '𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦' text sent from a user with the intention to harass, flood, or diminish the chat experience in any other way(s).

§. Personal Information

(a). Any broadcast or text sent within the chat-room that pertains to another user's personal life regarding where they live, service providers, internet protocols, phone numbers, social security numbers, names of relatives, or any other information gathered by use of social media sites and other personal data collections such as: www.facebook.com, www.myspace.com, www.pandora.com, www.askfm.com, www.pipl.com, www.whitepages.com, www.spokeo.com, www.intelius.com, www.peoplefinder.com.
	• This includes any other website(s) that store, collect, gather, or hold personal information from another individual.

§. Nudity

(a). The broadcasting or distribution of any nude imagery to any of the users within the chat-room (by main-chat, private message, or broadcast), shall constitute violation of nudity.

(b). The intentional broadcast and distribution of one's self exposing their genitals, buttocks, and or breast(s); this includes any other orifice(s) that would normally be covered by clothing in a public setting.
	• In the instance a user is fully clothed, however is suggestively grabbing, holding, rubbing, pointing, or touching themselves in any manner so much to suggest a sexual nature one shall be in violation of Title II [§. Nudity].

§. Inciting Revolt or Rebellion

(a). The intentional or unintentional attempts to provoke a revolt or rebellion by diminishing the integrity of the chat-room and it's users.

Title III - [Definitions]

1) 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵: Standard by which a person makes valiant effort to correct any wrongdoing(s) that may have transpired in result to their actions.

2) 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘥: Standard by which a '𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯' would apply.

3) 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: The intentional or unintentional misdirection of another person(s) personal life; 𝘭𝘪𝘦.

4) 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦: The repetitive and continuous transmit of familiar text and or sound.

5) 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯: to denote a hypothetical person in society who exercises average care, skill, and judgment in conduct and who serves as a comparative standard for determining liability.
