Paper Touhou idea

Paper Touhou - A WIP game consept

Prefecit - I'm not an artist, I'm not a writer, I haven't coded a thing in my life.

Suffice to say, this game is a pipe dream for me to make this.  BUT if you find yourself

enjoying this idea, go for it.  If we could ban together as a western touhou fanbase, we

could make an amazing game that western and eastern fans could enjoy.

The Basics
Being a Paper Mario clone, there will be no flying which will be the preficit of the

story.  Energy has been drained from all of Gensokyo leaving everyone at a similar power

of that of a human without powers.  Only winged youkai (fairies, tengu, vamps, ect.) can

fly at will.  The only ones with powers are the gods and those around them.  Reimu must

go around Gensokyo and get the assistance of several gods to get more powerful and get an

edge up on the end boss via channeling.  (Spoilers its Okina)

1-The Aki Sisters (working as a duo the story is in spring so they aren't as powerful)

The Overarching Story
Start at the Shrine, Yukari tells Reimu what's going on and to go fix it.  Tells her to

get off her butt and use her channeling abilities to get an edge.  Marisa joins party

shortly after.  Get jumped by the 3 Fairies of Light jumps Reimu on the way to looses and

retreats.  The 3 Fairies regroup and use a special tactic (they form a totem pole Luna

being on bottom, goes to attack but Luna trips, and the other 2 fall onto Reimu and

Marisa doing damage to both) and team up with Cirno.  Beat up again, get to Human

Village which will be the center of everything.  Go to the one place with easy to reach

gods, the Moriya Shrine.  Nitori joins party to show off that she's still powerful after

all the Spiritual energy with her tech and try to increase sales.  Halfway up tengu

kidnapped the Aki Sisters to leach off their spiritual energy to keep an edge on the

competition.  Save the sisters, get basic healing special.  Procede up to the shrine,

"convince" Kanako to help you with this incident.  Suwako isn't here and Sanae refuses to

join the party as she's gonna solve it herself, partnering with characters who would

otherwise would be in the game.  Aya acts as the Twink of this game telling you where to

go next.  SDM kidnapped Hina, beat up Remila, Remila joins party with Sakura parasol

assist.  ??? Suwako get.  Beat up Byakuren, rescue Joon, Joon also joins party.  Beat up

Mayumi in General Guy esq fight to reach Keiki.  ??? Hecatia get, mostly because she

wants to take potshots at Okina.  Okina was doing the incident to flex, beat up Okina,

Flowerview victory.
