- Netherblast: Damage reduced, Halo of Ruin effect improved
- Void Cutter: Damage and backlash increased
- (MADNESS)
- Dark Whispers: Reduce damage by 66%
- Hallucination: Spawn chance fixed at 20%, damage reduction lowered, spawn HP lowered
- (ENTROPY)
- Entropic Gift: Damage reduced, no longer grants insanity on gaining Entropy, now costs 10 Insanity
- Reverse Entropy: No longer gives a shield or healing, reduces its cooldown with talent level, reduces damage taken by Entropic Backlash
- (VOID)
- Nullmail: Armor and shield reduced
- Black Monolith: No longer taunts
- Essence Reave: Max charges capped at 2
- (OBLIVION)
- Erase: Numbers nerfed
- (CHRONOPHAGE)
- Atrophy: No longer gives stats, range increased to 10, now applies x stacks per turn to random targets in radius instead of all targets in radius, max stacks applied to the same target per cast changed to 2, max stacks fixed at 10
- Terminus: Now targets all enemies effected by Atrophy ignoring radius
- (CALAMITY)
- Jinx: Now only applies once per target per turn
- Preordain: Reduce max talent fail chance
- (DOOM)
- - Prophecies now cost instead of grant insanity
- Prophecy: Removed the secondary effect from all 3 prophecies and changed the effects slightly. They're now as follows:
- Ruin - Deals x damage whenever the target drops below an HP increment of 25%, no longer AoE
- Madness - Increases all cooldowns by x%
- Treason - x% chance to attack something instead of taking turn
- (MISC/BUGS)
- - A LOT of insanity cost changes
- - Cultist spells no longer ignore silence, I'm not sure why they ever did
- - Fix Nether Blast displaying double damage
- - Fix Nihil stacking effect duration mod
- - Fix Void Monolith attacking
- - Add a total Atrophy charge display (since this no longer cares about distance or anything)
- - Entropy can no longer be gained out of combat
- - Nether Blast is no longer blocked by allies
- - Entropic Backlash now sets your life to 1 if it would kill you
- - Fixed Quantum Tunneling targeting
- (KNOWN BUGS/ISSUES)
- - Switch is breaking on Chaos Orb stealing
- - Halo of Ruin Spatial bonus is too strong
- - Prophecy bonus effects on Ruin and Treason are too strong
- - Void Herald is too strong early/mid, potentially too weak later
