Hello,

My last ticket referred to the xdcc bots on my VPS timing out very frequently. It doesn't seem to have made any progress and recently, as of the past three days, the bots will ping out and not return. Then, when I go and check the box via SSH the process isn't even running anymore and they have to be started all over again hours after they've been down since I wasn't around when they went offline. Is there anything I could do to help assist in this ongoing problem. The VPS hasn't had any new files uploaded to it for use on the xdcc's. I thought maybe the usage was causing them to be unstable. Please see the log below of duration approximately two days time. Again, please let me know if there is anything I can do to help with this. I let the box just sit for a few days with no knew files added for downloading and the pinging out still remains a factor. Also, my general thoughts of Santrex and their services is very good and I've heard plenty of praise stories from other members of Santrex VPS services.
