  2. Sam Dunne: Yesterday I made two different enquires to live support. One about a DLC issue which was fixed and then caused an issue with "Multiple sign in". I contacted you guys again about this and it was fixed but now I can't join servers. I may get to loadout and then I am disconnected

  6. Sam Dunne: I only bought the game a week or two ago and considering how long it has been out it seems unreasonable that I should be having these sorts of issues
  7. Sam Dunne: I login and try to join a server and am logged out again
  8. Sam Dunne: And this never happened before I contacted live support yesterday about an issue with the SPECACT DLC
  9. Shane: Could you please get the exact error message that you are getting ?
  10. Sam Dunne: It's something like "Connect has been lost. Please login again"
  11. Shane: ok
  12. Shane: Are you using any firewall or anti virus ?
  13. Shane: I would suggest that you try temporarily disabling any firewalls you have running on your system: - • Software firewalls can simply be turned off, usually by right clicking on the icons near your clock and selecting "Close" or "Exit". • Hardware firewalls should be bypassed by going from the computer directly to your modem, skipping any router you may have.
  14. Sam Dunne: Using an anti virus but that would have caused previous issues as it has always been there and it hasn't
  15. Sam Dunne: I also dont have a firewall
  16. Shane: ok, please try to disable firewall and try to login to your game.
  17. Sam Dunne: I don't have a firewall.
  18. Shane: I mean the Anti virus
  19. Sam Dunne: Ok but it wont do anything. But I'll try
  20. Shane: sure
  21. Shane: I'll wait.
  22. Sam Dunne: No change. Same issue
  23. Shane: I would suggest that you try running the game using admin access. For this right click on your game’s shortcut available on your desktop and chose the “Run as Administrator” option.
  24. Sam Dunne: It already runs like that
  25. Shane: In this case I need to escalate this issue to our senior department for further investigation. You will be contacted back again with in 24 to 48 hours via Email.
  26. Sam Dunne: And I have a DMZ set up on my router aswell
  27. Sam Dunne: Ok
  28. Shane: We'll check it with the senior team and contact you back again.
  29. Shane: Is there anything further I may assist you with ?
  30. Sam Dunne: Ok no problem. No thanks
