I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address while ordering my new mic with Overstock.com so I cancelled my previous order and reordered it, expecting to get my money back. 3 days past with no refund. So I spent the past hour talking to Overstock.com and PayPal customer service back in forth and they finally gave me an answer to why I wasn't being refunded. They said that it was their fault and the transaction will be refunded within a week or so. To say to least, it was a really stressful situation.
