+ growing up, she was always called as the bad apple in her family by people although her parents and sister didn't care what others said and would treat her like a gem but to her she cared what others think and didn't stop her from thinking how she looked which made her insecure. she would be called fat or pig in school because she would eat alot of food. her dream was to be a singer but people only laughed at her and would say things that would make her confidence low. even though this was a scenario that she should tell her family, but every chance she had, she still didn't tell them since she knew it would only get worse, although having negative these comments thrown at her it. she got used to it and didn't let it get through her head whenever there would be an upcoming exam, when she's about to enter her high school years, she knew for a fact she didn't want to have an unhealthy body. when summer was almost ending, she didn't let a day go by that she would stop excercising, which made both her parents and sister worried. she changed her lifestyle to make the people who thought of her being like her father was a joke and would only make her a laughing stock. sometimes her parents would tell her to eat meat, pork and sweets but she would either say 'no' or 'maybe next time'. since then her dream changed, into being a doctor instead of being a singer since she was too late.

+ she'll always feel irritated whenever chen goes near her even if its 3 meters apart, she would always shout at him, telling him to leave her alone or asking why the hell he would always annoy her. but sometimes she would feel something weird whenever he smiles, but really knows how to cover it up with her cold expression. one thing she hates the most is the way he laughs whenever she feels embarassed. eventually things started to become quite different ever since she told him how she used to be in her elementary days, he started to become nice until he wanted to be her friend, which she was shocked but easily said yes. slowly opening up to him until she felt very comfortable and happy when they would be together.

+ he would always find it fun to pull pranks on her since it was his revenge for being fired, following and irritating her makes him smile but sometimes feel alittle guilty but brushes it off because of what she did. whenever he goes close to her, he would start to think of something else which would make him feel confused but covers it with telling pickup lines and trolling her. when she told him about her past, it made him realize why she acted like a complete bitch. the following days he never left her alone and befriended her even if her cold expressions pierces his heart, it wouldn't hurt to atleast bury what had happened to them in the past. he would always be genuine to her and started to really make her life fun than it used to be.
his personality:
+ chen is the kind of guy who'll be there to you, whenever you're sad. he would make you laugh or smile, the fact that his the troll in his group really fits his image since he's very sweet and whenever you'll do something bad he'll just brush it off like nothing happened. he's the type you'll want to befriend since he's good at keeping secrets and would make you feel comefortable like there's not a problem. he would be that sunshine parading in your rain, his bubbly persona and face that never seems to frown only smile, it makes any person melt let alone make the people around him smile or laugh more.
how did you two meet?:
+ she was at a café that time and was waiting for her order, chen was working in the café as a waiter. that day it was important to her since she would to work to earn money herself, at exactly 9 o'clock she should've been there but with the amount of customers in the café it was hard for her. chen was very busy with giving out the orders, when chaeyeon's order was up chen gave it to her and she eventually took a big sip of it before realizing it was newly brewed hot coffee instead of iced coffee. thinking how poor the service and how the person literally gave the wrong order, she became a little irritated but manage to hold it. she asked nicely to the manager and wanted to have a refund which the manager didn't want to give but after finding out who her father was, he gladly gave it to her said sorry many times. after all that, she was going to leave but with chen having all of the customers confused him he didn't realize he slipped on the wet floor which made all the order flew into chaeyeon's direction. furious with being given the wrong order and being drenched in hot coffee with the same person, she compalined to the manager that led to chen being fired. eventually chaeyeon went to the interview of the job but blew the first impression and chen becoming angry at the customer which was chaeyeon for blewing up his one chance to save up money.
first impressions of each other:
+ chaeyeon / was very irritated at the guy who gave the wrong order, spilling the hot coffee to her and blowing up the first impression. at first she was holding it all but it seemed to her that the guy really wanted to get on her nerves, one word truly felt that it described him which was troll.
+ chen / was literally having fun with his work until chaeyeon blew it, at first glance you may think of her as that understandable person the next thing he knew he got fired because of her, he really thought she was nice but eventually changed. he descrbed her as the type who'll get angry all because her dress was ruined but something felt quite different about her which chen would always think but never forget what she did, and feels very angry.
