  1. How to really rebel against the system?
  2.
  3. The most rebellious thing you can do, is to actually value your self enough, to have enough self-esteem, and self worth to truly nourish yourself
  4.
  5. Not just with food, but with your thoughts, the music you listen to, the people you hang around with, your relationships, your job, every aspect of your life you choose, make it nourishing and sustaining and fulfilling to you
  6.
  7. Now a good example of this to illustrate, would be people who say oh I'm a vegan or I'm a nudist or I'm a this or that
  8.
  9. But they eat shit loads of donuts, drink themselves to death with alcohol, drink Coca-cola, all this junk, but no I'm a vegan and I'm sticking it to the man! And I'm rebelling but in reality they're just harming and poisoning themselves
  10.
  11. I don't know what that changes or what that proves
  12.
  13. Nourishing yourself properly, giving yourself what your body needs, is more rebellious because if you look at society
  14.
  15. The majority of people aren't doing that
  16.
  17. They're guzzling garbage all day long, not giving themselves the nourishment they need, doing jobs they hate, around people they don't like, relationships they don't like, watching TV programs they hate, flipping through channels consistently, music they don't like which is why they ADD out and move on to the next pop hit or trend, friendships they don't even really value which is why they can't even be present enough in the time frame with the person because they have to be texting and just being all over the place
  18.
  19. It just proves there's no real nourishment here and if you're weak and unnourished, how will you even have the energy to rebel or change the world?
  20.
  21. To be truly rebellious, to prove something, to change something and do something, is to care about yourself, your family, your neighborhood, your town, the environment, your planet
  22.
  23. Be the best person that you can be
  24.
  25. It's adopting the archetype of the life long student, the person who realizes they have strengths and weaknesses. There's only so much you can do since you have a limited time on this planet. Be as humble as you can, constantly improve, correct your mistakes, right your wrongs, and so on
  26.
  27. That's the real way of changing anything, whether that's your life or everyone else's life instead of walking around being angry, being sarcastic, making fun of other people, making fun of the groups you're "rebelling against" or groups you think you're "above," it proves nothing
