Cx has forwarder setup in cPanel. Cx has no filters in Global Filters or in the filters for the andy@ account. Seeing log entries for the forwarder activating on the emails going to andy@cutnpaste.co.nz. But Cx pointed out a specific email that did not get forwarded. Email logs show email arriving but not being forwarded:
