  1. (joonrotic) Changsun grumbled to himself as he headed for the headmasters' office. He had a feeling he knew why he was being called there but that didn't make it anymore pleasant for him. Though it may help him lessen his jail sentence if he pretended to be more human than he actually was. Heh like that would last long. He ran his fingers through his hair as he took a deep breath and pulled the large doors open, stepping inside and averting his eyes to the ground. Then the waiting began.

  3. (lightsturnon) Chorong was terrified to say the least, the girl having changed really quickly into a nice, floral button up shirt and brown fitted pants, wanting to look her best for the Headmaster. She knew why, of course she knew, but it didn't quell the nervousness in her chest. She hurried along the hallways to where she knew the office was, getting herself prepared before opening up the big door and stepping side. She saw Joon immediately, not wanting to make a big fuss so she bowed in his direction. The less immature she acted the better this would go, but she absolutely knew how to keep the two parts of her separate.

  5. [headmastersoffice]: (snahul) This was all happening so fast, a whirlwind affair one might even call it .. and Lu had to admit, he was pretty damn excited. No, this wasn't the first time the two had met, and he was certain it wasn't going to be the last. It was almost as exciting as being beat to until the brink of death, but not quite. Oh, sweet authority how you excited this baby faced young man so. His brushes with her were not few, but each time he did, it was like falling in love all over again. Adjusting his tie and tilted his glasses to their proper position, he looked at himself in the mirror - perfect, as usual. Anyone could see that he looked like an angel, from his slender, though lanky frame to his childlike features, but most were also aware that some of his actions and thoughts - well, those weren't so angelic. Comme ci, comme ça. Such was life. Taking his comrade arm, the two made a small pit stop at the girls' dorms to drop off some new undergarments Lu had purchased for a certain Park Chorong and left them with a skeptical roommate and then it was off to the Headmaster's office, which was a journey the two embarked on ever so delightfully. Stepping through the doors. Lu's eyes drank in the sight of the office. He loved his brushes with authority almost as much he loved near death experiences. Seeing Joon and Chorong there already, he let go of the other's arm and leaned forward in a mocking, half bow of sorts. "Good evening." He then said, letting the words flow across his lips.

  8. Woo: Impulsive could be an accurate word to describe Wooyoung's actions. He never thought things through, never had a motivation either really. Figuring out what went through his head could be a trip and one not many people would like to take. Truth be told he didn't bear the same excitement as Lu Han when walking down the hall, fixing his own tie as the other bounced excitedly. Wooyoung let Lu Han do the entrances, deal with the excitement and revel in the attention. His walk towards the office was tainted with the same nihilistic apathy that sprinkled all his actions and whilst Lu Han bowed and mocked Wooyoung merely gave a charming greeting, a smile at the headmaster's way and took his seat. It was interesting to see, probably, how such differing personalities got along so well. Lu Han with his constant quests and Wooyoung with a secure yet severely twisted nature. "So I'm assuming we are all here now, right? Hmm~ I've always been a fan of charming, grown up debate. it's just one of my favorite things." He smiled, arms crossing around his face and keeping a look on his face that showed he was strictly business. "Ready when you are."
  9.
  10. [headmastersoffice]: (the_headmasters) To say that either of the headmasters were pleased would be far from the truth. Both were beyond infuriated that they had to deal with such juvenile actions. Not only from a squad leader, but from their students as well. It was ridiculous that they had to deal with this when they all should have known better. As they each entered a room, the two headmasters gave them stern looks, disapproval showing as they looked at their subordinates. Placing his hands on the desk, Daehyun began, cutting straight to the point.
  11. "Alright, I will go on with this, since none of us want to be here. Mihyun and I are disappointed with each and every one of you in this room." Pausing, the male looked at Changsun before speaking again, "As a squad leader, you should know what is right and what is wrong. We are extremely disappointed in you, in the fact that you would assault a student, regardless of the situation. Unless they pose a threat to you or you're in the danger room, you are not to lay a hand on them." The anger in his voice showed. Furious that he had to scold a squad leader, a former student at that, for something like this. Turning his attention to Luhan and Wooyoung, he could only sigh before leaning back in his seat, allowing Mihyun to take over.
  12. "You two, we've been down this road before. Daehyun and I are running out of ideas, because you just won't stop. Are you trying to be kicked out? Because if that's what you want, then we'll give it to you." The woman kept her eyes trained on the two younger males in the room, a defeated tone in her voice as she spoke to them. It was true, Wooyoung and Luhan had been in the office before on several different occasions, for tormenting the other students, separately and together. It was true, they were running out of ideas on how to punish the boys.
  13. Looking at Chorong, she only sighed as she began speaking once more, "I would expect more from you Miss Chorong, seeing as you've only been in this school for a little bit. Daehyun and I are both disappointed in you as well."
  14.
  15. [headmastersoffice]: (joonrotic) Changsun listened quietly, eyes resting on Chorong for the most part until that last sentence was said. "Excuse me, but exactly why are you disappointed in her? She is the one who's been tormented by those two. You've just stated that they've been in this situation before for past discrepancies and past methods of punishment have not left their mark, yet still here they stand." He didn't care for the words to himself, he knew what he did and was fine paying the price, but Chorong didn't ask for any of this. Not for the squad shuffling or becoming the target of those two's jokes. His nose flared as he had to take a moment to keep his anger in check. Be civil, be mature, and simply get through this before it blew up in his face and theirs.
  16. "I have no problem with my own punishment, it is deserved and I will reflect on past mistakes to better myself in the future but I won't stand here and listen to you blame her for something she had no control over. She did what students are expected to. She was mistreated in some way and contacted a person of authority. It happened again and she went to a higher source. In what way does this disappoint you ma'am."
  17.
  18. [headmastersoffice]: (lightsturnon) Chorong released a soft sigh and tried to keep her tiny squeak of shock at bay, trying to be as mature and civil as she could here. The disappointment from the headmasters did come as a bit of a shock but she was young, perhaps there were things she hadn't noticed before. Chorong gently put her hand on Joon's arm and gave him a soft squeeze, appreciative, so very and intensely appreciative, of the protection he gave her. "Ah, Headmaster-ssi, Headmaster-ssi," she said, addressing them both and giving a polite, low bow. When she extended back up both hands were behind her to be as polite as possible, eyes on the ground and she addressed them, knowing eye contact could be rude at a time like this. "I appreciate your words to me and I will reflect on the things I have done. I understand it is a difficult situation here, and Joon op- Joon sunbaenim has been, really, the only person who has supported me, Continuous harassment from Wooyoung-ssi and Luhan-ssi has gotten out of control and this is not the first instance they have targeted me. I will accept your punishment as you see fit for me and for those around me. Thank-you." She gave another long bow before stepping back, this time closer to Joon and farther away from Luhan and Wooyoung. They'd be nothing but terrible to her since the moment she met them and she knew it wouldn't stop here. She'd either return to her dorm to find something waiting for her or meet them in the hallway for continued harassment. She knew it wouldn't end here.
  19.
  20. [headmastersoffice]: (snahul) 'Ah ... that guy's nose looks weird. I wonder if he got it done. No, I wonder if she got it done.' Lu thought to himself as his eyes flicked from one of the portraits in the office and then to one of the headmasters, the female one. Or at least the one Lu thought to be female. He couldn't be sure since there were just a whole lot of crazies running around this academy, not excluding himself. By the time, the headmasters had delivered their the first few words, Lu had already zoned them out and his eyes wandered across the office that quite frankly had become almost like a second home. He was neither proud or ashamed of the fact; he just accepted it as he did many things. Itching his cheek absently, Lu dragged his gaze back to the two older mutants and tilted his head to the side. The words were ones he had heard many times before, so they were nothing new. Same old, same old. Sometimes Lu wished they would get a little more creative with their punishments. However, he couldn't help but snort at Chorong when she mentioned this not being the first time they picked on her. She thought really highly of herself, didn't she? Thinking that she of all people would be the sort of interesting and/or entertaining girl that merited more than a moment of Lu and Woo's time. It was laughable. A cheeky grin appeared on Lu's face as he waved a hand over at Chorong. "Are you referring to how you like to think of me showering?" He quipped with a laugh before bobbing his head slightly in apology it seemed to the headmasters. "Because we've got better things to do, Park-Cho-Rong-Ah." Lu then tossed out, enunciating each syllable of her given name before flashing her mischievous smile. He meant no ill will to her, but then again he never meant any ill will to anyone. He was just Lu Han, and that meant it was practically embedded in his DNA to be an obnoxious little shit.
  21.
  22. Woo: Wooyoung sighed, simply looked at the conversations go back and forth his eyes going from one place to the other. It was like watching a ball bounce back and forth between players and Wooyoung himself had no interest of catching it. No, he simply wanted to end the game, finding the fact he was in this office to be nothing but a residue of a system that had failed many times. After all rules were only egimes put in place by those in power but given the fact those in power were humans, mutants or not, they were imperfect and not exactly his cup of tea. "I wouldn't do half the things I do if they didn't make it so easy." He finally spoke, his voice as tranquil and didactic as usual. "You see…" He looked towards the headmasters then stood up and leaned against the wall next to his chair. He hated being sitting down, hated being idle. "It's all cause and effect. We had a.. let's call it a squabble as a team and instead of working with us, like I offered her this morning near the library, Miss Chorong has taken to defy squad assignments and hide behind this guy over here…"
  23. He waved his hand towards Lee Joon. "What's his name again?" Wooyoung's head moved to the side. "Now maybe if Mr. What's his name had been more practical in his approach, we might have cooperated with him, actually I don't even know what he was doing getting involved when clearly this a Kappa problem. Not his problem." The twenty year old ran a hand through his hair. "The point here is none of this would be happening if miss goodie two shoes over there took the training wheels off and accepted not everyone is going to hold her hand. I have nothing personal against her. What she lacks is a drop of realism and that is exactly what I'm being kind enough to provide. Think about it, there's plenty of sick bastards in the world… Will what's his face be there to hold her hand forever ? Or here's a better question why is he so intent on coddling her? Hmm? I do what I do because I am enabled to do it, and I would do the same thing no matter who was in her shoes. It's not her, It's not him. It's the events they put in motion that have all of us in this room."
  24.
  25.
  26. [headmastersoffice]: (the_headmasters) With one sharp look, Daehyun silenced Wooyoung and Luhan, deciding that he and Mihyun would deal with them later. Looking at Changsun, he answered the other's question, staring blankly at him. "We're disappointed in Miss Chorog, because she hasn't been here for long, yet she's involved in a situation like this. That being said, you need to watch your tone that you take with us." He opened his mouth once more, only to pause again when Chorong began talking, but a grimace only crossed his face. However, Mihyun was a bit more understanding of the girl than he was.
  27. As Luhan spoke, both headmasters tried not to place their heads in their hands. They both knew very well that they couldn't exactly just unleash someone like him out on the world, and that expelling the boy would be only end badly. Luhan wasn't just someone who could be given up on, though, it was rather hard not to give up on him at times.
  28. By the time Luhan had finished talking and Wooyoung began, Daehyun had rested his chin on his hands, his eyes darting back to look at Chorong and hone at the male as he spoke. The way this situation was beginning to sound like, Changsun had been simply acting for Chorong rather than the girl acting lfor herself. And while, the headmaster was far from a victim blamer, it did make him a bit curious about the situation. Sitting up straight, he looked at her, communicating his words slowly, wanting to find the right words.
  29. "Chorong, not you Changsun, but Chorong. Tell me, how did you, yourself, handle Wooyoung and Luhan's actions? Did you tell them yourself to stop, or did you expect someone else to do something?" He ignored the bewildered look that Mihyun gave him and instead shifted in his seat as he waited for Chorong's answer, his eyes darting to look at Changsun, daring him to speak out.
  30.
  31.
  32. [headmastersoffice]: (joonrotic) Changsun tightened his jaw, enraged by the words coming from the headmasters. She didn't ask for this and just because she hadn't been there for long doesn't mean she was out looking for trouble. This was just like high school and the new students got picked on at times by others. It's not her fault she became their target, they were the ones at fault for being the bullies in the first place. He closed his eyes, turning to look at Chorong, giving a slightly less grimace to her. He would keep his peace for now, though he couldn't help the low growls that were bubbling around in his throat. What else could they expect of him at this moment. Their words infuriated him and for him to just stand there and watch them be this way was insane. Here were two students with past records yet Chorong is the one who accidentally walked in their line of sight? The headmasters ordered the squad shuffling, if not for that this entire incident probably wouldn't have happened.
  33.
  34. [headmastersoffice]: (lightsturnon) Chorong understood the question, of course she did, if she had stood up for herself would this situation even have happened? Absolutely, and it did. "Ah, Daehyun sajangnim, ah, I did try. It's not easy for me to speak up often. I'm quiet, shy, often overlooked by those around me, so when I was first bullied by Luhan-ssi I did tell him to stop. I, admittedly, may have acted outside my maturity level, but with everything I had, I did try. Ah, sajangnimdeul, when the squad shuffling was announced I was put into the Kappa squad along with Wooyoung-ssi and Luhan-ssi. I was instantly ridiculed for lack of knowledge in my power, my abilities, and when I was centred out amongst the group for being weak, well, matched with my shy personality it was difficult for me to stand up to them. Instead I chose not to say anything in the hopes they would, too, overlook me and forget. It continued, however, stating that my powers were of unworthy levels. I am in my first year and new to this school, so I believed students would be understanding of that. Sadly, some are not. I chose to ignore their banter after having already tried to tell them to stop, and when neither tactics worked I.." she trailed off, chewing on her lip and doing her best to push aside her emotions. Wooyoung and Luhan didn't give a damn about how they made Chorong feel and she wasn't looking for their sympathy. She just wanted to be far, far away from them. "Sajangnimdeul, when I saw Joon sunbaenim it was because I was leaving the danger room practice where I had been ridiculed to tears, and I-" she paused, swallowing, again trying to maintain her emotions. "I saw him in the hallway and he was the only person I had who I could count on. He was my old squad leader, he helped me grow, he supported me. He did protect me. He, until now, is the only one who stood up for me. Wooyoung-ssi and Luhan-ssi will continue. If not me then other students, but it is not okay when they take personal belongings. If they had taken my iPod or, or my books, or my sweaters, but to take something so private, so personal, and to break into my dorm, my home here, and just take my personal, personal things.." Her voice was hushed now, that of a mere 16 year old girl who'd been ridiculed without any understanding of it. Hurt. "I feel violated."
  35.
  36. [headmastersoffice]: (snahul) As it were, Lu didn't exactly spend much of his time pondering on what authority was, what it was there for, and other such musings. The only thing the young man really knew - or at least on the surface - was that he didn't really care for it. He paid no mind to rules and if anything, to him all they truly were ... were words, words that held little to no meaning for a boy whose sense of what was right and wrong was seriously off kilter. You try having the power he did and not have one fucked up moral compass then try to do the right thing. He flicked his eyes back over to Chorong after Daehyun decided to question her directly and a light smile danced upon his lips. How ever would she answer this question, he wondered. At her first words, Lu couldn't help but snort at Chorong's mention of him first bullying her ... was it really his fault that she thought of him showering? Furthermore, that she didn't deny it? Harmless teasing was all that was but Lu didn't even bother defending himself there. Why? She wasn't worth the effort and he was sure that whatever punishment came his way, he'd make a good time of it. Woo and he always did, after all. Reaching up, he adjusted his glasses as his gaze drifted away from the girl, whose cloying voice was beginning to bore him. He knew what she was doing - playing the little damsel in distress, the victim. Lu's eyes crinkled in amusement when she finally mentioned them taking her personal belongings. "Cho-Rong-Ah," Lu said again, calling out her name in an irritatingly pronunciated manner. "You shouldn't leave your door open though." He said, as a cheeky grin tugged at his lips. The boy was bullshitting, of course, and was well aware of it. "Besides -" Lu looked at the headmasters with a small shrug and smile still on his lips. "I bought her some brand new ones today. Hope you like them. I left them with your roomate." Although, Lu mused as his attention diverted from the "damsel in distress" before him, he had to admit that so much less attention was being put on the fact that he had been assaulted. His face, after all, still beared many of the wounds Joon had afflicted on him that night. "I wonder ... " He directed his attention to the headmasters. "Why more attention is being placed on our little prank than on the fact that my lovely face was beat in quite thoroughly the other night? Suspension just means Joon hyung gets to sit on his ass all day, maybe watch a korean drama or two on how to woo his little firefly here, right?" Lu then said, grinning at the two headmasters. "I mean, not to put myself on a pedestal or anything but .. isn't my physical well-being, or well, my life really a little more important than this girl's desperate cries for attention? But then again." Lu sighed. "I never really have been a fan of the damsel in distress routine, so it might just be me." How typical of Lu, to crave attention so much that he would redirect the conversation back to himself. Was he ashamed? Not in the least.
  37.
  38. Woo: "He has a point." Wooyoung nodded. "I also seem to adore how everyone insists I broke into her room as well. As far as I know, I was only the intellectual author." There it was, the reason Wooyoung and Lu Han got along so well. Despite their different approaches, the two had the same core. There was a silent understanding between them and Wooyoung could only smile proudly at that. "And anyway, you do know we have witnesses, right? When it comes to the way we treated her at the gym. Ask Gyuri, Ask Zitao, ask Jinwoon. " His gaze turned to the headmasters and then at Joon. "Did he even go out and find all the facts before coming over and selectively beating up Lu Han? Why not beat up Zitao? Why not beat me up?" He laughed a bit. "Is it because there's no point to beating me? Because hitting Tao is simply a dumb idea. Honestly, this looks like some mad targeting to me." His cheeks puffed a bit and Wooyoung moved to stand next to Lu patting the other boy's shoulders affectionately. "We didn't even try to defend ourselves… we know better than to fight a squad leader. Just like we've known better than to inflict any sort of physical damage onto Chorong. It's no secret I don't care what happens to me… but did Luhan really deserve this? Hmmm?" Two could play at that game. "Why don't we try talking to everyone that was present before making any wild accusations or crying our little eyes out because two boys refuse to enable a little girl to play victim or a figure of authority to breach his jurisdiction."
