Aʟᴀɪᴀ's Statement

This man who seemingly different appearance than most people who reside in cedar reported that someone or something was in the library which i was in there reading a book.  I got question by an officer called by Ace by different officer.. I'm not sure why i even got pulled aside but i told the officer i was in there reading.. at this time when the officer pulled me over i was in a parking spot on my bicycle at the time.. the person who reported me he was at the street near the parking spot.. he was running his mouth.. im not sure what his problem was, next thing i know he was backing up in the spot i was in.. awfully risky since his driving skills werent very good.. he claims he wasnt that close but in deed he was and risked hitting me by parking in the same parking spot that i was in.. i wasnt hugging the line..  He told the officer that came by that he didnt do that, at one point he clamed to be there whole time but quickly kept probing me with rudeness.  Anyhow i wished i taken picture because he was really close.  one lil turn of wheel he would most definitely hit me.. i had to move over so he could park fullly without getting hit.
