  1. I was told to go to https://hypixel.net/appeals for ban clarification - "Your thread Ban Clarification? was deleted. Reason: You need to go to appeals here- https://hypixel.net/appeals." but in the thread I stated that I already posted an appeal, so I cannot make another (even if I try it says that I cannot make another appeal for that ban) (also making it likely that whatever staff read my post just glanced over it and probably removed it due to the thread title; not very good moderation on that part :() I was wondering what exactly the reason for my ban was. (From searching it up K-Alt it looks like it is due to someone else on my IP using hacks/exploits). However, if that is the case I should not be banned as it is not stated in the rules that VPN/proxy usage is not allowed and the only part where it states that it is not recommended is in the Compromised Account thread, which clearly states "This thread only applies to bans including "compromised account" or "spambot" in their reasons. If your ban does not include these, please see the regular ban appeal guide here.". Since the message shown was not a Compromised Account or Spambot issue, nothing in the thread applies to this ban, including the section about VPN/proxy usage. Due to this mistype in the rules, at the time of my ban there was nothing that I did that was against the rules.

  3. The response from Hypixel was "After reviewing your current situation, it has been decided to deny your punishment appeal. We have specific rules in which players need to abide by, and unfortunately, you’ve decided to break those rules. With that said, you will have to wait out the rest of your punishment.

  5. For your reference, I have linked our server rules below. In the future, please make sure to read and respect our server’s rules.
