Goal = $2000

Incentive = Iris% Attempt.....TO COMPLETION

Yes...you heard that right. We will do an Iris% Attempt...UNTIL it is BEATEN. Not 8 hours, not 10 hours, not 12 hours, not 24 hours. However long it takes, is when we stop. Of course, this means it could end in 2 hours, or it could take the likely amount of over 20 hours.

With this sort of incentive, the planning MUST be done as early as possible. I'll likely take a day off of work on Saturday, and start there because i'm off on sundays. That was i'll have an entire weekend to start and finish the incentive.

Q&A

1) Why $2000?

Air ticket cost, Hotel cost, a week off of work, expentures such as food or other travel needs. I don't have the extra funds to do most of this so the fundraising is neccessary.

2) Did you get a game into RPGLB?

No. No game I submitted was accepted. But I plan on submitting to volunteer for everything I can. Get involved. This is good for the overall stream and future acceptance which may have beenm the reason some of my submissions were not accepted. Not attending previously.

3) How do we know you're actually going to go this year?

I got my flu shot! Kidding. Last year I got sick with the flu the week before my departure flight and then developed pnemonia. This all caused immense anxiety throughout the week and eventually when I went to the doctor he said if I had gone, I'd had ended up in the Hospital the night I landed. The year before I didn't attend, because I had a panic attack on the flight and was removed from the plane (calmly and with no scene being made) the flight attendant talked and calmed me down and I felt better. Told her I was feeling fine, was just nervous and asked if she could open the door and let me back on the plane because I felt fine. Nope. She explained to me that that was impossible. Once they remove you from a flight, you are not allowed back on. She also refunded my ticket when I freaked about not being able to get back on and was worried about the money I spent on the ticket. She did it quickly. I asked her if I could try another flight, but they were effectively doubled at that point. I spent about $300+ on the ticket if I recall correctly.

So will I go this year. Well, barring medical conditions and the fact I have flight medication to take before I go this year, i'd say the likelyhood is pretty high.

4) Why do you want to go if you don't have any games in?

Like I mentioned, I plan on volunteering. And also, this is overall good for the stream in many ways. It shows that I CAN make it which is good for future submission and I also WANT to make it to grow as a person. I recently lost a lot of weight which has made me more confident being on a plane or being around people. I also want to do my part in the fight against mental illness. I want to reconnect with my friends and show them the person i'am now and I want to finally do something fun instead of letting mental health reasons keep me from doing fun and interesting stuff that makes life worth living.

I need to get out of my shell and explore life and have fun. Something i've negelected to do my whole life. I need to prove to myself and everyone that i'am better and i'am still around.
