Best of Three (EMS One Katowice)

Both teams remove maps alternatively until three maps are left which will be played. The team with the lower seeding has 
to start to remove the 1st map. After that each team will pick one map, the team with the lower seeding starts and
picks the 1st map, the higher seeded team will pick the 2nd map. The last map will be played as decider map if needed.

Best of Three (ESWC 2013)

The match is played on the two maps chosen by the teams and starts on the team A choice. The last map
will be used as 3rd map if both teams win one map during the match. The team that
plays their map can choose their side. If a 3rd map has to be played, the sides are chosen via knife round.

Best of Three w/ 7 Map Pool (Cevo S4 Playoffs)

Map #1 - The AWAY team will remove 2 maps from the map pool. After this, the HOME team will choose one of the remaining 5 maps as the first map in the series.
Map #2 - The HOME team will remove 2 maps from the remaining 4 maps in the pool. Next, the AWAY team will choose one of 2 maps remaining in the pool as the second map in the series.
Map #3 - The remaining map in the pool will serve as the tiebreaker map (if necessary).

Best of Three w/ 8 Map Pool (SoCal LANFest)

High seeds will have the option to veto three maps and select one side choice, or two vetoes and select two side choices.

Best-of-One ESL One Cologne

In case of Best-of-One matches, both teams remove maps alternatively until three maps are left. ESL will
then randomly pick one of the three remaining maps to be played. Better seed can decide who has to start
the veto process. The team who started the veto can also pick the starting side on the map.

Best-of-Three ESL One Cologne

In case of Best-of-Three matches, both teams remove one map alternatively, after that each team will pick
one map. ESL will then randomly pick one of the three remaining maps to be played as third map. Better
seed can decide who has to start the veto/pick process. A team can always pick the starting side on the map
of the opponent, if needed a coin toss will decide who can pick the starting side on the third map
