TERA devs didn't actually correctly put an NPC room to place non-used NPCs, just made them invisible. -- Player effects can be too flashy, and have too many particles for the game engine's single core rendering. -- PvP is pretty much thrust upon you via a quest you cannot abandon. -- Leveling is too fast now. (Which is why we have so many side-quests, since leveling used to be slow.) -- NPC dialogs use the same dialog as the quest dialog, so you can easily skip NPC dialog. -- Gender-Locked classes. -- "You need my help?" -- Too many useless skils. -- Hotbars encourage not using them. -- Balance is useless in PvE. (Knockdown/Knockback Resistance.) -- Impact is useless in PvE. (Knockdown/Knockback Stat.) -- Tanks have to spam their aggro skills a lot to keep aggro. -- Tanks can barely tank in the first place. ++ No level sync system for dungeon matching / etc. -- UI / HUD / GUI uses Flash/Java/Browser Plugin to render its effects and sounds. -- Rain Cages sub-area near Cutthroat Harbor is rendered twice at the same time. (One with rain, one without.) ?? Subtitles aren't synced properly. -- Quests rush you through the story. -- Too many quests now, due to the new vanguard request system making it possible to skip all the yellow side-quests.
