Hey, thanks for getting back to me. I would like to escalate this issue. I cannot stress enough how frustrating dealing with this is, the fact that I'm still playing the game after what I can assure you translates to "Tough luck, get bent" after putting literally dozens of hours of work into something, and now wasted dozens of peoples time AND money is a miracle that I don't think is very appreciated, along with the fact that it was done silently, and without warning. I play this game to have "fun" what little "fun" it can offer me. "fun" is different for everybody, and this one of the things I considered "fun", so I really don't appreciate when broken, rushed, and untested patches are thrown out and break or damage parts of the game, and are the players are left to suffer for weeks to month at a time, while contacting customer support in the hope that they can get some sort of resolution, and waiting days only to be told to get bent. How this can be resolved, I'll be honest I don't fully know since as you've said the most direct resolution of re-granting the escalation is not available to you, but I want to see some action on this problem, because right now I am not impressed.
