The first manned NASA mission to Mars is derailed when crew members go completely insane one by one on the long lonely voyage. Some retreat into themselves and become catatonic. Others go totally berserk — masturbating openly, defecating on control panels, bashing each other’s heads in with assorted equipment. Officials back on Earth tell the public there’s been a technical malfunction.
