Edit: I've thought about this a lot. I'm still not very clear on my thoughts, so this edit doesn't really add anything substantive to the Pastebin other than to say that I'm keeping it up for the time being.

In the past, I've tried to downplay the value of receiving money from streaming. I never know when my last stream will be - the last 2 years have been difficult for me emotionally and at some point I know I have to strip away the armor that has separated my thoughts from my heart. Some days, it feels like I'm in the midst of that. Some days, it feels more distant, but it's still there in front of me. Because of this, I've been uncomfortable accepting anything more than month to month subscriptions. 

With that said, money is pretty tight right now. It's not to the point where it's unlivable, but it's certainly increasingly uncomfortable. I can't promise that I'll stream forever, but I'm streaming now and I've streamed for 4 years before this. If you choose to donate, please make the decision based on the past and present of my stream rather than the future. If there has been a moment in the last 4 years when you have wanted to donate, but haven't been able to, now is the time. 

For a direct donation, my PayPal email is jeremythompson95@gmail.com (brimming with creativity just as my username is). I'll give a VIP chat badge to anyone who donates 10 dollars or more with this method. I won't see PayPal donations mid-stream, but I'll be sure to address them in some way after I see them.

Subscriptions (and gifted subscriptions) are always welcome. I don't really want to restrict content or roll advertisements, so emotes and chat badges are the main draw with this option.

I'm lowering the bits minimum to 100. At some point, I may come up with some bit based incentives, but for now it's just another donating option. In the meantime, I'll keep track of what's donated and apply it to any future incentives.

Finally, for a broader donation goal, I'll apply donations of any type to a stream on January 12th that I'll add an hour to for every 10 dollars I receive between now (December 8th) and the end of that stream.

I don't have a specific amount of money that I want or need, but I'll probably take down this Pastebin and the donating options if I receive 200 dollars total (direct donations, subscriptions, and bit revenue included).
