Bio:

Johannes' parents died when he was young, and due to their connections with the current Consort, he was pulled into the ranks of the Royal Guard. He excelled in his studies and passed all training with excellent marks.

However only after two years at the post as a Royal Guard of Kings and Queens of Angeborten, he deserted his post and seeked to join the rebels fighting against the Consort. He was brought up to Godfried, leader of Loyalists who supported young Cedric, and pledged his support to the scion of von Sachsen family.

And, if only Cedric was a bit more disciplined and assertive, Johannes would have much higher opinion of him. Maybe one day that will change.
