The Lion King SNES

It has come to my attention that many members of the community would like to see change and growth within this game. The Lion King is a great game and speedrun with great members of the community, but some things needs to be addressed for the better. I have created a community poll which will be pasted down below for anyone to fill out and vote.

This is how a community should come together. Voting on change for the better to ensure that we can agree upon things and draw in more runners. A few of the things listed below have been talked about in the past but have been brushed off and forgetten about.

MODERATORS:
Yes we need more than 1 moderator for this game. There are many runners who are more than capable of moderating this game with passion and deep knowledge. Having one moderater for a game with a growing player base and community does us no good. There is no room for moderator discussion and opinions, rather just having one say all as we do now. That is not how we get better and grow as a community. There is no less use of "power" with more mods as we should all come together to decide what is best for the game we all love. Due to some of the history of only having one moderator and not really branching out to make decisions based off of what the community wants and what is better for the game, some runners have chosen not to submit runs period. We need to strive to be better.

LEADERBOARD:
There are many forum posts and discussions about what should and should not be on the main leaderboards for this game. Once again the decision coming down to one moderator. How do we as a community expect to grow with next to no or little change. As the game currently stands, even though still growing with new players, it is still small enough to have one simple leaderboard with categorized tabs with no category extentions option. As a newer player in the community I had no idea about any of these categories because I just saw the main leaderboards. Take all of the category extentions and put them into a miscellaneous tab on the main boards.. easy. Even if some of these categories have a few runs they should still be on the main leaderboard.
