Hi everyone, Harry here to talk about the emergence and crystallization of video evidence that really seems to show a Alex Prey was executed by a group of probably seven custom border patrol officers without uh offering any kind of aggression toward them

can be the highest reaches of the federal government, not to mention the people on the ground in Minneapolis, immediately fed the American people a pack of total nasty lies, including incredibly insulting things about the victim, who turns out, in fact, to be an what's an

extremely kind of sympathetic, admirable ICU nurse and videos about him from his uh friends and loved ones are also coming out

The combination here of the viciousness of the killing and the absolute toddy misrepresentations out of the box by government officials up to and including the president of the United States is just a complete uh portrait of a totalitarian society.

This is what happens in China, in Russia

uh terrible official conduct happens

That of course can happen with officers and then the government just completely decides what it wants to say hogwash or not

And this the hogwash is really emerging

So together the scandal of this Alex Prey shooting is really to me proliferating and kind of by the hour.

Okay, first let me go over again

We see in a murky way uh Freddy uh doing something

It's a kind of a a melee

Shots ring out

Looks like the officers are responsible

Looks like he offers no resistance

The killing occurs

And then we have the series right away of [ __ ] outrageous lies

Total pack of lies from the highest officials.

So Greg Bovino, the really kind of evil face of the whole operation who is in on the ground saying it looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement

We similarly have Stephen Miller who always seems to be playing a very big role here more than we uh realize until uh the reporting develops.

He brands him a domestic terrorist and would be assassin

The vice president issues a statement blaming it all on walls and public officials

Trump does the same and calls the shooters patriots

Christy Gnome just asserts at a press conference uh that Freddy is brandishing a gun and running at them and violently assaults them.

Okay, so we have this and incredibly they try to stick to this uh through the weekend even as video evidence has emerged making it completely untenable

But that's just who you going to believe your line eyes or me and you have the likes of Bo saying on national TV well we don't want to rush to judgment based on single frames and you need to know the whole context and it the facts will come out the very opposite by the way of what they said even if the DOJ were disposed to do a bonafide investigation when the top officials have already pronounced

pretty the guilty party and the shooters, the Patriots

It can't possibly be done credibly, but let me just, you've maybe seen some of this

If you haven't, the really slowed down versions are just uh completely illuminating and harrowing

And you now have, as of this morning, Monday, just a bone chilling still of the guy who probably uh shot the fatal shots.

I'll get back to that in a moment

Just poised over a completely helpless Prey with his gun pulled and a few inches from his scalp from PR's scalp

Okay

But um a few things that come out um with the very very slow down and different angles and that's you know why we're in a new era

When these things happen, you can put different things together.

The actual quality is excellent

Very, very quick aside on the Rodney King case, in order to stabilize the blurry picture at one point, we had to go to Los Alamos, the big lab in New Mexico for their high uh technology to do it

Now, it's something that any pocket iPhone could could do

So, things have come a long way.

The first point, um, we know that, uh, Freddy carried a gun that he was licensed to carry and under Minnesota law, he everything he was doing was absolutely by the book

One of the pictures that Trump displayed was just the gun in isolation as if it was supposed to have been brandished

It wasn't.

And there's an irony here for this administration that so champions gun rights and the rights of people to carry to do exactly what did and you have these gobbledygook double speak from the likes of Bovino saying things like well you bring a gun to a demonstration you know basically you can be uh shot dead for that alone

Okay first really big point that emerges from these slowdowns of the video.

Slow it down

And you see there are about seven people around him

And one of them clearly reaches in and disarms him

Takes his gun, takes Freddy's gun, and backs away from the circle of officers

And you can plainly see the gun in his hand

The agent who has taken the gun from Freddy carries it away

So, it is out of the scene.

There's a quirky detail in the video that people will, I think, uh, analyze more in coming days, but just at that point, a white dot appears on the street

It's not clear what it is, and there's some supposition

Was it possibly PR's own gun that was fired

uh and might that have created a whole trigger reaction

It does not seem to be the case because by all accounts there are 10 shots fired and they happen the there's a first and then after a slight latency boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom like about like that that counts 10

shots

Moreover, and a unconfirmed I an un uh substantiated, let me put it that way, early ballistics report suggests all 10 shots were from the same firearm

And if that's so, it means one of these guys, and we know which one uh you can identify in the picture, just did all the shooting uh while the others were around.

But the very first shot there there are three or four at which point Prey lies down complete dead probably already and then they just empty six more into him

Okay, so point one, no gun

Not only is he not brandishing a gun, he doesn't have a gun, he's been disarmed

At that point, it is beyond textbook that the use of deadly force is completely impermissible under regs, but just unconstitutional.

And take a look at this freeze frame

Six Bronny agents all over him

He is he has been wrestled to the ground

They have his gun

there's just no remote justification for the firing squad that ensues

Okay, so that's um one big point is that one officer takes his gun away

The other officer, the guy in the gray jacket who appears to be the shooter, upholsters his gun at the same moment and points it at Freddy's back here at close range.

Two people are holding him down, you know, at his back

No threat from him

And a split second later, we come the crack of the first uh gunshot

Now, um the it looks like it's that guy

It's not clear for um but what the it'll be really I think an interesting detail if all 10 are by the same firearm

At first, Prey gets up and then falls over as the agent uh then fires in rapid succession

Okay, so there you have it.

A combined um a shooting maybe all by the same person, 10 shots, no possible resistance or justification or reasonable belief of being faced with uh deadly force

The opposite

And then the complete Stalinist, totalitarian, Orwellian, just morally [ __ ] revolting series of defaming, nasty, and 100% false statements right away from the federal government.

This is a really bad and rapidly metastasizing scandal
