Attire: She always wears a short gray coat over a loose, longsleeve white sweater sweatpants. She always wears purple extreme gear that are designed for consistent speed, less depending on acceleration and more for how long the fuel will last. They are black and white skate-type extreme gear with purple highlights, called "Loner" or "Lone Warrior" that allow her to grind rails, despite technically being a flight-type racer. 

Combat Skills: She has four basic skills, and from there, like Bonnie, she is practicing with her shockra. Unlike Bonnie, who has the White Bonnie state, she is always in the state that allows her full control over her shockra, her life energy. She's got basic sword skills, then a double slash, then she applies shockra to her sword-based abilities to launch shockra energy off the blade or teleport to opponents to slash them from behind. She can only use a double slash if she's used a slash, and she can only use a power slash after having used a double slash, and the list goes on. As she is still training her abilities, she does not know her full power and can find it difficult to use or, at times, control. She knows of the skills to fire energy from her blades like lasers, juggling opponents with various guns, and is training her shockra to create temporary shields like Bonnie(who she has not yet - she's just working with shockra), and teleport around the arena to quickly slash opponents. With her swords, the WingBlades, she can fly around, and with the help of her extreme gear.

Domestic Skills: She is great at freerunning and is a good racer both in the air and on the ground. She can cook for herself basic things, and using skills she learned from SOAS based on her original design, she is very logical and intelligent, a relatively good debater. 

Appearance: A slender preteen horse with black hair to her shoulders, hanging loose and free. Her body color is completely white, and her eyes are red. Her legs are obviously strong but not fast, being somewhat thicker compared to the rest of her, especially hers arms. 

Family: Created by Dr. Viva's parents

Bio/Known History: Roxanne was created by the parents of Blazen Viva in a response to Project Shadow, creating an artificial lifeform for benevolent purposes. Roxanne was to be a body guard, a fighter from creation, though she needed to grow up. Her design based on Conquest, the two people were scientists at SOAS before the take over, as SOAS was a militaristic organization formed by a creed of assassins and war veterans, working together for their own general purposes, mainly to protect the weak. Roxanne was designed with the ability to learn quicker than most, generally in the fields of combat, philosophy, and religion, but after creation was raised to keep unbiased toward any specific religions she came across. She was trained since the year she could hold a gun in the ways of a soldier, though she seemed to be much more fond of swords. With recent discoveries in the world of history at the time being the Extreme Gear, originally reintroduced to at-the-time contemporary society through the racing tournament Eggman was holding, Roxanne was given Extreme Gear to better her planned and perceived job as a fighter, guard, and body guard for SOAS soldiers, assassins, and scientists. Sadly, just as she was begginning training with weaponry beyond guns, and the use of her Extreme Gear, SOAS was taken over by none other than her creator's real children, and she was disconnected/disbanded from the group with threats of horrifying experimentation. Roxanne, scared out of her wits, and worried for her own safety, did as she was told and left. With a want to return back, she's mostly self-taught in combat with swords, and personally, for fun, took karate classes as well as classes for her shoes. She never had much of a formal education despite what she was designed capable of, but after the events of the SOAS takeover, she lost her innocence. The people who died that day, she will not forget. She keeps a smile on her face, being the dawn - the raising of the sun in someone's day - even with the horror she faced. 

Strengths/Weaknesses: Roxanne is quick on her feet and very skilled with guns and her extreme gear. She also is resistant to life, soul, and light elemental attacks or negative effects related to the two, due to her connection with Shockra. However, her main weapons are her Wingblades, which she is not as skilled with as with guns, and she is weak to death and dark elemental abilities. Roxanne is hard to trick but she's sure to voice her opinions on any sort of matter, which can get her into alot of trouble, especially in religious matters. Also, she kicks like a HORSE. 

Personality: Roxanne would do anything for her friends, with a fairly optimistic outlook on life, and has a great sense of humor, However, she promises more than can deliver, is easily angered and quick to a fight, and will say anything no matter how undiplomatic. She likes freedom, travel, philosophy, and being outdoors, but dislikes clingy people, being constrained, off-the-wall theories, and is not one to care about the supposedly unnecessary details. She's easily threatened and at times has a shy disposition, maybe even paranoid, but she's there to protect the people and cheer everyone up. She loves listening to various boy bands, and her favorite genres of music are J-Rock and J-Pop.

Facts: This is the TRUE G4 version of the original Roxanne, designed as a child due to age comparisons and backstories of other characters seemingly requiring her to. Her theme song is "Faced By Faith" by SweetRevenge, which was the theme song of Roxanne's rival Destiny, originally. This character is more or less Deacon, an early G4 character that was scrapped before I joined Chatzy, merged with Roxanne's rival, with energy(and wind elemental abilities) replaced with Shockra and Roxanne's personality instead of Deacon or Destiny's.
