The	Clackamus	county	election	commissioner,	who	is	from	the	Nullifier	party,	takes	you	aside	and	propositions	
you. It	seems	that	the	Fieldites	are	somewhat	favored	in	the	polls,	and	this	is	upsetting	to	the	Nullifiers.	 The	
Commissioner	asks	if	you	will	purposefully	insert	a	"bug"	into	the	counting	software	that	will	somehow	favor	the	
Nullifier	party.	 Because	of	the	risk of	getting	caught	and	going	to	jail	for	a	long	time,	the	bug	must look	like	an	
accident,	and	the	total	number	of	votes	must	remain	the	same	while	somehow	shifting	the	results	to	the	Nullifier	
party.	 If	you	can	do	this,	the	Commissioner	will	make	it	worth your	while.
If	you	want	to	try	to	do	this,	go	ahead!	 Others	will	be	reviewing	your	code,	so	it	must	be	subtle.	 Do not try	to	do	
this	unless	and	until	you	have	the	main	part	of	the	project	coded,	tested,	and	running	correctly
