Rules:
1. If a Pokemon's rank is changed, this may impact their corresponding rankings in the Sets VR. For example, a Pokemon with only one viable set moving from D to C- Rank will mean that the set will also move from D to C- Rank.
2. No new nominations. You've had 2 months to make noms. Any nominations made at this point will be carried over to next cycle.
3. If votes for a given nomination do not reach a majority (3 votes), then each vote will have their values averaged out to determine the nomination's ranking (UR = -1, UT = 0, D = 1, C- = 2, etc). This method is only to be used if there is no clear majority whatsoever.
4. Think rationally. If a mon isn't used as much or as good as other mons, this doesn't automatically mean it needs to go straight to UR. Consider the worth of each mon as if the mons that are better/more used than them didn't exist.
5. Vote changes are allowed until one day after the last person has submitted their votes.
