The Dragon Ball Time Capsule [TC] was a community effort to try and preserve as much Japanese and English HOME MEDIA as possible with some exceptions with stuff that never made it to home media.

We have other content that is not Japanese or English Home releases but those are specific exceptions like unique SFX tracks or video differences to name a few examples this is decided on a per release basis and a ton of foreign releases were not archived by us.

All the members of the TC sacrificed tons of time and effort to bring all this collectively together, without them none of this was possible.
