I need some feedback: emblem modifiers.
Right now, it works like this:
  - Full emblems count as 1
  - "Not" emblems count as 0
  - "Half" emblems ("possible" and "amended") count as 1, but they generate a disclaimer when they're not accompanied by full emblems, like with Darren Nakamura over here.
I would propose the following changes.
  - Half emblems count as 0 when not accompanied by full emblems.
  - Amended + Possible = 0 (either switches to "not" or to some new category.
I have had a pretty huge backlog of entries I haven't filed because I'm unsure, and this one would fix it. One example among several are the entries on the Palermo scandals I just received—please check this exchange.

I feel he (and @molotovcupcake, which also wrote me in private) should receive a "possible" entry, and a 0. Get a 0 for now, but get slapped with this if they fuck up somewhere else.
