Ok, so my question is about the route Seven and Caleb are escaping together. So after Caleb shoots the guy in Seven's room, they escape through the elevator. After they leave the elevator, there's this almost ironically funny scene where they are standing back to back fighting off the hospital security. It felt so out of place that Snowy and I both just kind o laughed at the scene. Especially when the intense/action music started playing, it was just such a bizarre tonal shift from what the game had felt like up until that point. Anyway, going past that, they escape through the hidden tunnel and the player has a decision to either tell Caleb to live for the sake of Aran or Seven. In the player tells Caleb to live for the sake of Seven, their conversation is interrupted by Frida and have a confrontation resulting in them being separated. However, if the player tells Caleb to live for the sake of Aran, they just easily escape in Caleb's car. It was kind of shocking to us that Frida didn't appear in this ending. It was also shocking that they escaped simply using Caleb's car, which really sharply contrasts with how Aran had to run outside on his own in the other ending. I understood the last part of the ending though, telling Caleb to live for the sake of Aran made him feel too guilty to keep living. Overall though, other than that route, I didn't have any questions or confusion. We were both impressed at how long this game was since we had played your two other games on itch and they were much shorter. We also read all of your developer notes and both of us really appreciate all the work you put into this! We wish you the best of luck on your next project, whatever it is and whenever it may be!
