STIPULATIONS
DURATION OF CONTRACT:
All layaways must be paid in full on/by the 45th day from the time of the initial contract signing date.
IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECIEVED IN FULL BY THE TIME THIS CONTRACT EXPIRES YOUR LAYAWAY WILL EXPIRE AND ALL PAYMENTS/MONEY PAID TOWARD THE ITEM(S) WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE.
PREPAYMENT:
The buyer may prepay the outstanding balance in full or it part at any time and in any configuration without premium or penalty up until the end of the 45th day from the signing of this contract.
PLACE OF PAYMENT:
Payment in terms of this installment sale agreement shall be made at the above stated address of the seller.
DEFAULT:
Upon default by the buyer under the terms of this agreement all payments will be rendered non-refundable.
