Rules:
1. If a Pokemon's set is voted higher than that Pokemon's main Viability Rank is, then this will also increase the Pokemon's main Viability Rank. Conversely, if a Pokemon's ONLY ranked set is lowered, this will in turn lower the Pokemon's rank on the main VR as well. Pokemon that have multiple ranked sets only abide by the first part of this rule, other than clear exceptions where every other alternative set is significantly worse.
2. No new nominations. You've had 2 months to make noms. Any nominations made at this point will be carried over to next cycle.
3. If votes for a given nomination do not reach a majority (3 votes), then each vote will have their values averaged out to determine the nomination's ranking (UR = 0, D = 1, C- = 2, etc). This method is only to be used if there is no clear majority whatsoever.
4. Think rationally. If a set isn't used as much or as good as other sets, this doesn't automatically mean it needs to go straight to UR. Consider the worth of each set as if they were the only set that the Pokemon could use.
5. Vote changes are allowed until one day after the last person has submitted their votes.
