By buying any product from Potato Bus Sales, you agree:
that your permissions to use any model are liable to be revoked at any time under my discrection. you are purchasing a licence to use the product, NOT ownership.
that i reserve the right to refuse sale of a product under my discretion.
to not leak my products or claim them as your own.
to not resell or give away my products and/or any conversions of my products without my permission.
that any game you use my products on must remove them immediately if you depart from said game.
that if my assets are put onto a game owned by a blacklisted member, all devs for that game who own any of my products will be temporarily blacklisted until my products are removed.
that these terms of service are subject to change. all changes will be announced in this server, as well as via email for existing customers.
that buying our products, you are not entitled to a refund.
to not use any of my paid products on any roblox transport event.
that i reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission at any point during the commission process.
that breaching any TOS during and/or after a commission voids any exclusivity and grants me the right to resell freely regardless of what tier you purchased.
that commissions are licenced to the buyer only until public sale, reselling/sharing commissions is strictly prohibited.
that you may be but are not entitled to any compensation in the case that a commission is delayed/cancelled by either me or the buyer.
that cancelling a commission voids any exclusivity and grants me the right to resell freely regardless of what tier you purchased.
