Not mine, pretty easy to use though, its for most versions of apache (eg: 2.x.x)
Just open it up, type in the server, port, and it will check if its vulnerable then exploit it and give you a link to your shell
Just make sure that when it asks for the path of you shell that you give the EXACT path of the file.
