Hello. I would not like to disclose my name, as I am afraid of being, eh turned in because of this. 

I have some leaked information on hand that I'm sharing with you. 

-map
It is going to be roughly 4.75x larger than GTA: IV. We planned on a map with more variables and have it be larger, but due to limitations on current-gen consoles we could not. 
Los Santos is going to be the focus but for only part of the game----later you will unlock many more areas, but they are not San Fierro or Las Venturas but instead they are completely new areas. 
We are still trying to decide whether or not to release San Fierro & Las Venturas as downloadable content packs or not. Maybe like GTA:IV TLAD and TBOGT. All to gether it will take about 60 mins to drive across the full map in a street car (we used the Manana for it) and 15 mins in the Hydra.
 
-vehicles
As for vehicles, there has already been a leak. The MP3 leak is a list of about 20% of the actual vehicle index. All in all, we will have maybe as many as 200 vehicles in the index. That's a lot more than any other game we've made.
About the planes which everyone is excited about we are going to have 14.

-weapons
A total of 30 weapons have been finished so far with another batch on the way. at least 50 different objects will be able to be picked up and thrown. About 30 or so will be guns. Another 15 melee weapons. This is at least a bit over 5x the amount of weapons available in IV.

-cheats
We have finished a lot of cheats sso far and yes the fun ones are returning. Flying cars, Hulk mode, Apocalypse mode, and some other only-person effecting cheats are in development. My personal favorite has to be Hulk mode and Apocalypse mode because in HM you can pick up and hurl cars, bikes, and even people and in AM the military is everywhere and civilians are looting things, stealing cars, cops are heavily armed, etc.

-release date
We aren't sure about the official release date around the offices yet, but as of now it is pinpointed for somewhere between September this year and Mar ch next year. So it will be soon but well worth the wait.


Again please do not give out my mail address. take this with a pinch of salt I suppose, we're still in a big editing phase and a lot of is going to change before we release it but it is the most fun I've had on a console since GTAIII came out as our first 3D (i wasn't there but it was my favourite game till GTA:SA)
