Q: What consitutes New Game versus New Game+?
A: These NG+ items are obtained through beating the game under certain conditions:
Circular Saw: Beat the game in under 4 hours
Running Shoes: Destroy all 20 Mr. Everywhere bobbleheads
Infinite Ammo: Beat the game on Madhouse(highest difficulty)
Albert R-01: Beat the game on any difficulty
Essence of Defense: Destroy all 20 Mr. Everywhere bobbleheads
Secrets of Defense: Beat the game on Normal
 
In New Game runs you just ignore these NG+ items and the run counts as a New Game run

Q: How much quicker is NG+ compared to New Game?
A: Approximately 4 minutes

Q: How do you know where everything is for puzzles?
A: I have notes that note where the items are for puzzles and my strats for bosses.
   With the amount of runs I've done,I've memorized all of the puzzle solutions, and the puzzles are easy in this game.

Q: What is your hardest boss fight?
A: Jack 3(his final form where he is a black slimy monster). NG+ makes that and the Mutated Marguerite fight look like a joke because of the Circular Saw
