Meb: That's a massive amount... I've heard we'd be making New Year's dishes, but how'd you manage to get so many ingredients already?	

Aya: Ah, Mebuki-senpai. Welcome back.

Meb: Some went outside to play, some had other business to attend to, so I couldn't gather people up.

Fuu: Well, this was on a pretty short notice, so fair enough. Let's just start with what we can do for now.

Its: First, you carefully wash off the dirt...

Its: Huh? Where was the peeler again?

Tou: Itsuki-chan, you don't need one here. For burdock, you use the knife's blunt side...

Its: Eh? You can just scrape it?

Tou: Yeah, lightly scrape the surface. The skin of burdock gives a lot of taste and flavour, so it's better this way.
