For example, the key lags and take some time to appear when I type them. 3 weeks ago, I diagnosed with Activity monitor that a Photos.app cloud syncing was using all the RAM. I killed it, and my mac was running super smooth again. But it went back to being slugish, and I can’t find what it is this time. Did an Apple Hardware test, nothing found. Created a second user account, it is not better. Never installed MacKeeper (yuk!) I’m thinking it might be the GPU or the RAM, as I’m seeing rendering glitches quite often.
