First you must "acquire rights to the folder"

Take ownership of these folders:
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\[AppPackageID]
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\[AppPackageID]\TempState

You must find the FH3 folder name (I am not sure what is is now , sorry)

Run Game>inject dll into game>it will start copying undecrypted files into %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\[AppPackageID]\TempState\dumped>this will take quite a long time
