Open a monero wallet, the standard one used by most people is https://www.getmonero.org/downloads/, but any trusted one will suffice,
Follow the instructions on simpleswap.io and copy the monero address from your new wallet you downloaded
Congrats, you now have monero, the monero in this wallet of yours is untraceable and you have granted yourself anonymity when you buy anything (try looking up public transactions for a monero wallet and see for yourself that you will see nothing!)
