1. Beat me in ubers (BO3), challenge once a month
2. Just be good or a friend of an op in the channel
3. Once you are an op, please let mence know before giving someone op/deoping someone.

Follow the following steps.
1. Get ops by either winning ubers or just getting it.
2. PM Mence that you would like to apply for masters.
3. Win a Wifi Ubers/OU/UU/LU/NU tour of atleast 8 people.
4. Rand a evil power role (WW,GF,etc) on day 1.
5. PM Mence with evidence that you did it.
6. Say the Salamence Shelter Pledge.
