- First, I want you to do self-spanking to warm up. We're going to skip IcyHot or clamps for now, because I want you to devote all of your effort to learning how to self-spank effectively.
- I like wooden implements, so get a wooden spoon, hairbrush, or paddle (preferably) if you have it. If you don't have anything that's good to use (splinters or whatever reason) just get whatever's closest to a paddle as you can. If you have multiple implements and you're not sure which to use, take a selection and try them out.
- I want you to go to your bedroom, and stack some pillows on the edge of your bed. I want you fully clothed to begin with--jeans and a regular pair of panties (no thong or anything). Lay on top of the pillows, and test your different implements over your jeans. I don't want you hitting hard yet--I want you to focus on your form. Make sure you're getting good contact on each cheek (or both cheeks if you're using a long paddle). Do your best to make sure the paddle is striking flat against your bottom. You can also experiment with different positions to see what's the most comfortable, and gives you the most leverage. The pillows work best for me--especially having my feet off the floor a little, but something else might work better for you.
- Even though you're not striking hard, I want you to use the same form as if you were. Put your biceps, triceps, wrist--as much of your arm as possible into the swat. Adjust your position, choose different implements, and just experiment with what's the most comfortable. If you have ideas for other implements (even a belt, though that's not my preference) try it out and see if it feels more comfortable.
- Strike each cheek with your dominant hand. Left, right, left, right...this should feel comfortable and effortless. It also shouldn't hurt much (or at all) yet. I want you to focus on consistency. I want whatever motion you're swatting with to become muscle memory.
- Once you've chosen a good implement and position, remember it, and then stand up and take a break. Stretch, rest your arm, maybe get some water.
- Now, get back into your most comfortable position with your most comfortable implement. You should still be wearing jeans. This time, do a few light swats until your form is back into your muscle memory. Once that's done, practice your speed. DO NOT lose your form for extra speed. I want you to keep your form with each swat--but see how fast you can go while keeping your form 100% of the time. Keep increasing the speed until you get effective pain from each swat.
- If you've ever been spanked before, try to replicate the pain of the milder swats. I want you to find the speed that's as painful as possible, but that doesn't compromise your form.
- Once you've got that speed down, remember it, and take a short break.
- Then, get back into position, do some slow swats to get your form back, and then try to replicate the speed you found earlier as accurately as possible. Each swat should have the same form and intensity. Do 10 swats on each cheek, then take a short break to rest (but stay in position). Do another 10 swats, then rest. You can do this up to 3 times (total of 30 swats).
- The goal here is for your arm to become my arm. I don't want your brain affecting your arm. When the spanking becomes intense, and the tears start to flow, your brain will want your arm to slow down. I want each swat to have the same form and intensity. I want you to be able to deliver effective swats without thinking at all. You can reply (no need for a full report or anything) when you've finished.
