She could also use Infinite Deception of Words, and The Vicissitudes of Fortune, inside one world or simulation and have it affect things outside of it. She could also use a power to create causal loops, creating ideas and object, and could use it to create things for a certain purpose. Her power to reverse cause and effect could be used to change the past. She could use all of her powers by using a Magic Book, that could be accessed and commanded to do things by writing what you want to happen in a document titled "Magic Book" and saving it.
