SYNOPSIS:
84 year old Mallory Thompson wakes up in the body of 18 year old Lacy DuPont. It isn't long before she finds out that there is a reason. Mallory Thompson and Lacy DuPont... are dead. Well, they both died anyway. While the method of their transference remains a mystery, Mallory must figure out how to be a teenager again, but more importantly, she has to find out why both of them died before it's too late. Their murderer is still on the loose, and closer than she knows.

MAIN CHARACTER ARC:
Mallory Thompson wakes up in the body of Lacy Dupont. She doesn’t know how or why, but after meeting her grandkids at school, she realizes she’s actually died. She goes to her own funeral, and is told that she was murdered, but they never caught the killer. She, with the help of her grandkids, goes after the killer. Throughout the story, he’s trying to understand what’s changed about her, and figure out if she actually does still know about him, and Mallory is trying to figure out how to exist in a time that’s so very different from when she was last out in the thick of society. Eventually, she leads to his arrest, but he doesn’t make it easy for her.

MAIN CONFLICT: Lacy Dupont’s father is a murderer, and while Lacy knew this before her death, Mallory has to find out about it again before he finishes the job.
