The Legendary Staff used by Indrados, The Magi of the West. Forged from the Essence given from the Metallic Dragons of old, Indrados wielded the staff to shape the battlefield through the torrent of his explosive magic.

This staff can be wielded as a magic Quarterstaff that grants a +2 bonus to Attack and Damage Rolls made with it. While you hold it, you gain a +2 bonus to spell Attack rolls.

The staff has 15 charges and regains 2d6+2 charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 20 the staff regains 1d8+1 charges.

Spells: While holding the staff, you can use an action to expend some of its Charges to cast one of the following Spells from it, using your spell save DC and spellcasting ability: Dispel Magic (3 charges), Fireball (3rd-level version, 3 charges), Lightning Bolt (3rd-level version, 3 charges), Flaming Sphere (2 charges), Ice Storm (4 charges), Cone of Cold (5 charges)

You can expend a number of charges up to your spellcasting modifier to increase the damage of your spell. For every charge spent increase the damage of the spell by 1. (maximum of 6 because most asi's get to 22)
