Any% no S+Q has always existed in ALTTP history as a category that strives to beat the game as fast as possible without the use of gamebreaking glitches that skip significant parts of the game and to beat the game in a single playthrough. This is why Save+quit is banned. At some point this category was renamed Any% No Major Glitches to reflect this but at some point the purpose of the category was lost. Recently speedrun.com has banned 2 minor glitches that would normally be allowed in the Any% no S+Q run. Any% No S+Q has never been about what the community votes on is acceptable or not. The category has always been about beating the game as fast as possible without gamebreaking glitches in the least arbitrary way possible. For this reason I will be hijacking the name and running Any% no S+Q and speedrun.com can run Any% SRC edition.

The 2 new glitches in question appear in Ice Palace and Swamp palace. There is no previous precedent for these glitches in the game.
