[00:02] While his father went off to fight some fight to teach a demon a lesson, Icarus wasn't about to stand down when approached by someone as angry as he was in hearing all this shouting. The little Lelhua marched out into the prairie to face off against Vincent, an obvious occultist with far more power than the kid sporting some nice shades. While he held Keelin in his hand, blood began to drip from his nose and mix with some of the water and dew that was drawn up from the ground to swirl around the boy.

"I don't want you to hold back, alright? Lots of people told me I was hiding behind my dad when I was little and--" he shrugged. "Maybe I was. But not anymore. I want to fight my own battles and I want to learn how to defend myself and what I care about when the time calls for it. My brother's leading Gehenna, my dad's still running the show around here, I havesome big shoes to fill."

Energy magic sparked in his palms and at the end of his staff. Icarus pushed his shades further up his nose and nodded.

"Ready when you are."

[00:16] Anger - yeah it should guide them, he thought the kid would back down in the start, but he proves to be more confident than he expected and maybe this is why that girl decided to bully Vincent back then- bully. Vincent is a bully, but he sees more potential compared to doing this for pleasure or to release some stress he had or the angrier that he had.

"I get that, I respect you for not being so scary, I misread you."

He allows for the depraved like aura to suck in the area around him, steadily sapping his flesh, blood is visibly being rose up as the purplish tint starts to take over the area around himself. It seems that some swirling wind comes in next, coming to grip his body.

And then? It just swirls out even move, swirling, swirling and groping unit lit was big enough to suck in the area around him. Huh. It was almost like a mini tornado stuck around him at all times, mixed in with the grass, tainted winds and his own blood being used to further boost the power he possessed.

"I feel that pain, kid."

But know he is about to give some other pain, "But if I can't relieve my anger through your father, I guess you will have to fill in for his shoes, huh?"

[00:27] To say the fight was easy would be really disrespectful, but the kid is just that. He's a kid, He will give it to him, being not knowing of what powers he possessed caused for Vincent to fall suspect to a plethora of magics, but he seems more excited about the pain that comes instead of being angry. He practically lights up after water is hit, after the blood whips him in the face. Even as he charges forward and is met with a water beam, he seems more reckless than what somebody normally should, but of course. There is always await he did.

There’re slides, here and then there. He swoops in and he implodes, lighting himself aflame as the flames push out, causing the occult tainted flames to take the field over and temporarily put him to a halt. of course, he couldn't do much after he had used his blood to efficiently lock his body in place.

"Just like Arthur, guh." He back tracks on that and simply starts to barrage him with a large number of raged and homing darkness spells. They continue to berate him until he comes close to a fall and that is when Vincent swoops in again. His arm rips out of the covers of its bandages and seemingly moves through the younger child. He could feel his circuits scream out in pain as magic is infused into them, only for it to be rejected and in that moment if feels like his soul is leaving his body.

It was weird what an Accursed could do.

"That is only taste of it."

The fight would kick back off after, Vincent becoming more attuned to the build at hand played the game how he usually did. going in, unloading everything he had, even his finisher right when he had the time and then he dropped back. Blocking, steadily sending out spell after spell of homing damages and to top it off? He decided to give him some motivation.

"You have talent. You have the power to be something, maybe it is your bloodline, maybe it is your will to change the world around you like your family has."

His cursed and mutated hand reaches out, scooping the boy up by his neck. The steady flow of mana he possesses being siphoned while also semitonally damaging the circuits with occultic magic.

"You want to a taste of true anger? Do you want a taste of a true will to destroy? Do you want to know hat it feels lie to fall to madness and know that it will be your undoing? Don't fall. Child. Fight for what you believe in, this world is cruel and it will become a living hell if you don't stop it, so pick yourself up and shove off the pain."

Icarus is then thrown aside, he seemed, he then walks south.

"Make promises, find those you love, cherish them. Dumb stuff like that."

[00:39] Icarus charges headfirst into those accursed winds and flames as if that's the only strategy the kid has ever been taught. Of course his family had done far better in giving him the correct tools when it came to combat, but as it stood, he wasn't really thinking about that right now. In his mind he saw Leland and Sibri clashing across the arena of Cruxati, the winds of that very fight now mirroring Vincent's own.

While blood and water coat his form and transform into whips that coil around Vincent when the Lelhua manages to get close enough, shadowflame throws him back and his mind is assaulting with countless illusions of darkness.

It's in these moments of terror and confusion that Icarus begins to panic. He loses sight of what he's doing because, well, what WAS he doing? Getting in over his head? He floods the area with water that crashes down as if they were on a beach and as it rushes past him, Icarus isreminded of what his last lesson was, about reaching in and discovering something else within himself.

The little merchant focuses on that feeling he had found in sparring Surud, and while there's a glimmer of shining holy magic in one palm, his opposite one is alight with that blue energy. Icarus' blood magic surges through him, causing his own blood to churn and funnel through his body just as much as that energy is. Though deep underneath a current of water, Icarus opens his mouth and cries out as he pulls from his soul, his human form, and fires a brilliant beam that extends from his hands that clap together.

It certainly hits its mark, and for a brief second as the water subsides, Icarus feels like he's succeeded. It isn't until Vincent slams into him once more from the side and picks him up that Icarus really feels what that blast took from him. His muscles ache, his bones cry out from overextending himself, and while his coat is covered inblood and muck, he feels the occultist taking more.

Icarus squirms in Vincent's grasp as his circuits are damaged, as darkness creeps in and begins to fight against the holy energy that was awakening within the boy. There's another grunt as he's thrown away, down to the ground while Vincent walks off.

Icarus lies there but for a moment before he shakily stands, his entire body stinging and burning inside and out. He watches as the occulstist walks south, and for some reason?

He can't help but smile.

Aside from that it seems the neck was used as a gateway into the boy's circuits, likely from an accursed. His circuits feel damaged as well as drained, tainted with hints of occultic magic as well. It isn't as severe as what it could be it seems, but it will take some days of healing to get rid of. [00:48] Icarus returns from his bout with his mana circuits rather visible against his skin as they are purple and black.
