I would do what they did in the Eugenics Wars in Star Trek TOS, combined with the traits of the Replicants in Blade Runner. Through eugenics and genetic engineering I would have their traits be the following:

IQ range: 180–220.
Population: 100 - an equal amount of the best of all races and ethnicities

Physical Characteristics:
Strength ~5x of average human: can squat 625 lbs, Bench 675 lbs, deadlift 775 lbs, shoulder press 265lbs. => can be improved with training, but this is the bare minimum.
Resistant to sickness, enhanced senses, increased agility, zero allergies, accelerated healing factor, strong resistance to injury including bone fractures due to extremely high bone density - hitting him with a wooden bat would only break the wooden bat. Can function under hypothermia as well as heat exhaustion.
Resting Metabolic Rate is 3000 calories/day. Resting Heart Rate is 35bpm.
Heart muscles 2x as strong of average human; 50% better lung efficiency; can run 13 miles in 30m without breaking a sweat. Can easily swim the channel from France to England, or from Miami to Cuba. Can hold breath for 1 hour.
Extremely high metabolic rate - nearly impossible to become intoxicated, drugged, or poisoned. Can take several tranquilizer darts without effect. Massively high pain tolerance.
Can function for up to one week without sleep
2x the average human’s lifespan: 160 - 200 years.

eyesight better than 20/7.5; eyeballs contain 5x the average human’s amount of rods and cones

Physical Feats: Can kill a man by lifting him up and throwing him straight up into the air letting the fall kill him. Can crush a skull with bare hands. Can catch or dodge a bullet if the circumstances are right.

Extremely high emphasis on education - particularly in math, engineering, and sciences
Ethics - with main focus on Nietzsche
History - main focus on conquerors and military strategy and tactics
Heavy emphasis on strategy and tactics - my idealized master race are meant to destabilize current world government structure in place of their own.
Maxing out all components of IQ, especially processing speed.
Extremely high emphasis on martial arts and combat from a young age
Zero racism or discrimination based on anything other than their own augmented race.

Other technological additions:
implanted with nanocapsules that, when needed, release particular hormones or neurotransmitters that range from epinephrine, dopamine, serotonin, testosterone, growth hormone, erythropoietin, opioids, etc.
sensors implanted in back of head to enhance senses and situational awareness, eliminating potential blind-spots
implanted nanocapsules throughout body that can also combine to create a rudimentary artificial organ such as a heart, in the case of organ failure.
