  50. [Ending Title], [Morelle Noire] ([EXLink32]) -
  51. -Etymology - French for “Nightshade” edgy I know :3
  52. -Minidescription - French for “Nightshade” edgy I know :3
  53. -Date of Birth/Age - March 2th, Age 32
  54. -Appearance -
  55. Navy blue hair with long length. He just barely makes it to be 6 feet tall. He has a very light black stubble lining the edge of his jaw and chin connecting to his sideburns. While he’s with the party he wears a silvery white trench coat with Cobalt/Cerulean/lapis (depending on which looks better) buckles all around it, hinted with black accents. Black undershirt with the same color blue belt that has pouches, daggers and a set of lockpicks all attached. Blue jeans/pants with Black boots. Oh those boots have their fair share of buckles too. Think Llyod but with a bit more buckle. https://fireemblem.gamepress.gg/sites/fireemblem/files/2017-05/Full_Portrait_Lloyd.png
  56.
  57. When he’s in his Company uniform he sticks with the company’s colors, those being black and green. He wears a zipped up, plain black trench coat with slate gray pants. Forrest boots, scarf and face mask. Imagine Volke but with green instead of red. https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/fireemblem/images/f/fb/Volke_%28RD%29.png/revision/latest?cb=20160901004919
  58. -Personality -
  59. Morelle is quite an odd fellow. He’s know to be lazy, overly relaxed and a bit too friendly. He tries his hardest to make everything a light-hearted. He’s definitely a talker and tends to complain a lot and likes over exaggerate it which tends to get others annoyed. However, this often tends for him to get yelled at by the other party, but yet he still does it. Some wonder if it’s on purpose to get a rise out of people or if it’s just how he acts naturally. This is made worse because he tends to be a bit of a perv making jokes filled with innuendos when he can.
  60.
  61. However, all of this will change when he is on the other side. More specifically when he’s a red unit. His normal laid back self turns into a very serious demeanor. He’ll follow his orders from The Company to the T while also looking out for his subordinates. He tends to be very understanding with them and lets some of the hook if they have good intentions back them up. Thus with his loyalty and generally kind way he treats his fellow members, he’s well respected in the company. If the group does decide to keep Morelle around he’ll stick to his light-hearted, self for the rest of the journey he has with them.
  62. ->Flaws -
  63. Morelle has a bit of an impish side to him, loving to mess around even when it’s not necessary. He loves cracking jokes whether it be at his own or others expense. Along with being this jokester, he tends to become a bit lewd and lustful with his jokes. This often leads for him getting the back hand of females one too many times. Not to mention his overall lazy and carefree demnior which can make him seem like he just doesn’t care about the things around him.
  64.
  65. On a more deeper look, Morelle is quite the indecisive and honor bound person. He values his loyalty and his debts to a T, even if it means he has to do things he would never do on his own or go against his moral code. He also tends be seen as untrustworthy on both sides and his own morals interfere with the goals of both The Company and The Vermillion blades. His indecisiveness challenges him to the point where he’d rather die than give into either side because choosing is much too hard of task for him.
  66. ->Character Progression - How you want to improve, you loser?
  67. He starts the game on his last mission with the company, keeping an eye on Sorel’s group. For some reason, however, he couldn’t help but grow a fond connection with them. Maybe it was because they reminded him of the mercenaries who saved him when he was a kid. Either way he still had his job to do and that was keep tabs on them, no need to get too attached. Easier said than done, however. He would leave the group after they found out about The Company after they finish their job defeating The Family. He had to inform The Company that Sorel’s group. However, on his way back he heard news that Sorel’s group was imprisoned and were in trouble. He couldn’t stand by and do nothing so he went after them to help them escape.
  68.
  69. It was here that things took a turn for the worst as he soon finds out it was The Company who set up Sorel’s group to be imprisoned. Even worse, now he has to relay information about the Vermillion Blade’s location and status to The Company so they can more easily taken them out. Once the group finds out that The Company has it out for them Morelle will leave the party once again, but when they meet this time it’s on opposite sides. They must fight Morelle as he leads his own group a thieves and defeat him. Once they do Sorel gets to decide whether or not to spare Morelle, if they do spare him he no longer considers himself the same Morelle. Morelle of “The Company” has died but Morelle of “The Vermillion Blades” has been born. Thus he goes stays with the group for the rest of the generation and helps them clear their name. Unpaired ending it he tries to regroup The Family under his rule and they continued their honorable thieving ways. Paired ending, he gives up his life of crime to take care of his wife and family. If Sorel does decide to kill him, well I mean, what comes after death? (They get his boots)

  73. -Backstory -
  74. Morelle has a debt to repay to The Company. When he was just a wee lad his town was raided by bandits. One was about to swing his axe down on Child Morelle, however, it was thanks to the The Company's mercenaries that the town and Morelle was saved. They weren’t without casualties, however, as it took the lives both his parents. Without a place or people to turn to he went towards the mercenaries. He wanted to be just like them helping out people and saving them in times of need. The mercs took pity on the boy and let him follow them back to their headquarters after many pleads. While Morelle had dreams of being a heroic mercenary on the front lines, The Company had other plans for him.
  75.
  76. Since he was a small he was in no way ready to fight other bandits, but his petiteness had other uses. They taught him the way around a pick and tips and tricks for sneaking around as well as general burglary acts. They wanted to turn this boy into another pickpocket to help steal money to give to the poor. At first Morelle was against it but he soon was able to find value in the joy their generosity gave to the less fortunate. So, eventually he went full on with the burglar training and he quickly learned the ropes. At first he did small jobs, of course, but he eventually made his way up the ranks. Soon he heard the sad news about the untimely demise of the mercenaries who saved him and his town from bandits. He was grief struck as he became friends with those mercenaries but he was also glad. He learned that being a hero like that only leads to an untimely demise.
  77.
  78. By the time the full story of the coliseum incident had got out, Morelle had already lost faith in The Company. Even though he became super high up in the ranks, what he first thought as a noble group of thieves were nothing more than regular scumbags who focus more on themselves. Honestly, he’d side more with The Family, however, his honor bound him to The Company. They saved his life, he couldn’t turn his back on them.
  79.
  80. ->Locations - What did you do in that country?
  81. →[Location]:
  82. Seriune - His home country. He was born in a small village called Oakriver, their main export being what crops they made and what wood they chop from the nearby forest. How they really made their income was by housing travelers and merchants in on of their many Inns dotting the area. Morelle has only fond memories of the place, however, after joining The Company he rarely ever comes back for a visit but does so when he can. Other than that, being a part of The Company obviously leads to him traveling all over the place securing what riches they can.
  83.
  84. Other Regions - Morelle would only have had ties with other regions if it was through The Company. Whether that be from a mission or dealing with the family.
  85.
  86. ->Relations - Who did you fuck along the way?
  87. →[Person]:
  88. Granny Meil: She was the owner of the Inn that his parents worked for down in Oakriver. His father was their head chef and his mother was a waitress. Strangely enough, she grew to be a kind of grandmother/nanny figure for him as his parents were often busy with their work. When he does come to visit his hometown she is the person he goes to see first.
  89.
  90. Alain: The leader of the Lappin Fighters. He is an honorable man who saved him life from a bandit who almost killed him during their raid on his village. He is a Lance user much like Sorel, in fact Sorel reminds him of Alain in multiple ways. Unfortunately Alain bit off more than he could chew and Morelle was heartbroken to hear he died trying to save another village from a group of bandits. He always wished he could’ve been there to save him when he had the chance.
  91.
  92. Lappin Fighters: A group of mercenaries much like the Vermillion blades. These group of people saved his hometown as well as his life. They also helped him become a member of the company and he’s been friends with their group ever since. However, after their leader Alain died the group was never the same and they soon disbanded either giving up Merc life or starting up their own bands. Morelle was unable to keep in touch after that point.
  93.
  94. Emile: Morelle met The Lord of House Fortis during his attempt to capture him after his mission. Unfortunately, he was caught was forced to lead the lad to the home base of the guild if he wanted to keep his life. Strangely enough the Lordling wanted to join the band of thieves. Whatever his reasons maybe he did join and they were quite the functional working force together. He just really wanted to keep his Lord status a secret for obvious reasons.
  95.
  96. -Battle Style - As with any thief taking hits is not their specialty, so that’s why they try to avoid taking damage whenever they can. Morelle will make all his foes act like storm troopers and when they inevitably fail to land their strike he comes it to make an attack of his own taking advantage of the open they so graciously gave him.
  97. ->Weapon Training - Morelle would play fair in a fight. Often teasing his foes to get a rise out of them pushing them to make hasty actions which he uses to make openings for himself. While he’s doing that he focuses mostly on dodging his opponent as them not being able to land a single blow tends to make them even more agitated. Though if there’s a way to quickly end a foe by stabbing them in the back, attacking when they’re off guard or when they’re focused on someone else, he’ll gladly seize that opportunity.
  98.
  99. However, when he fights when on official Company duty, his fighting style becomes more serious. Rather than being obnoxious, he becomes quite, more elegant, more precise. It is here where he values the saying, “One Strike, One Kill” as often if he didn’t kill in one strike it’ll lead to only more complications down the line.Getting that one stab through the chest, that one slit in the throat, that one lethal strike.
  100. -->[Weapon/Talent]:
  101. Sword - While he has no formal training by a mentor, he has formed his own style with the blade. It may not be all that good in a blade locked, 1v1 duel but that’s only when fighting honorably. This rough training has been good to him thus far as he likes to avoid long battles as much as possible. Don’t get the wrong idea he is certainly good with a blade, but he won’t show it when he first joins the party. He’ll mask his true strength pretending to grow stronger until they confront him in battle, this is when he shows his true colors as a bladesman.
  102. ->Personal Weapon - My idea for a personal weapon would be after he rejoins the party after Sorel spares him (If you decide to go through with that). It would be a 1-2 range sword that’s basically a knife with a brave effect or it would be a 1-2 killing edge. I have no name for it either sooooo…. *shrugs* He would also use it against the party.
  103. ->Personal Skill - If you had a Fates style Personal Skill, what would it do?
  104. →[Name]: Fleet of Foot “Can’t have all this metal weighing me down”
  105. --->Effect: When Morelle has 2 (or 1 [unsure balance wise]) or less weapons in his inventory, +20 Avoid
