Ok "little Europeans" (in opposition to the "brasileirinhos") I will give my 2 cents on Faze and my opinion may be unpopular but makes sense: I DISAGREE WITH "-BYMAS" STUFF

1) BYMAS HAS HIGHER FIREPOWER THAN OLOF AND HIS STATS ARE DECEIVING: His playstyle (as far as I have watched him) reminds me of Meyern. I could watch many rounds won by him either by Multifragging at crucial moments(ie. at Inferno balcony vs NIP I guess ) and even clutching (ie. at Nuke with Cold 2vs5 against Vitality). He has great aim and is able to win any duel but he needs guidance to what to do since he lacks experience and game sense at this level

2) I DON'T THINK THE IGL'S AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW FITS FAZE: I mean, if Gla1ve was available for sure he should be hired. But Lekr0 and ALEX despite having good fragging abilities i don't think they will add that much on calls, specially in a high firepower based team like Faze, since they used to be on teams which was quite the opposite, ALEX knows how to structure a team with only 1 star and not with many like in Faze. So I think it could be more reasonable and cheaper to swap Niko and Cold's roles, that is, Cold should call both on CT and T sides and Niko should do the secondary calling. And I think they should keep the system where one guy calls on A and other on B site as CT.

3) YOU NEED EXTREME HIGH SKILLCEILING TO DEFEAT OTHERS TOP TEAMS: I think that the new meta will be having extreme high skillceiling as you can already see on G2 and NaVi. Faze has the same with the current line up, IGL would only be worth if he can keep up with that. Bymas's firepower is higher than ALEX and Lekr0 so it is more valuable to keep Bymas in order to maintain FAZE's philosophy on relying on firepower(same as NaVi recently, high firepower overall too) and try a new primary caller: Coldzera
