Sales numbers for 2016 are – of course – unavailable, but MakerBot (http://www.makerbot.com/blog/2016/04/04/makerbot-reaches-milestone-100000-3d-printers-sold-worldwide) celebrated their 100,000th printer sold on April 4th. From December 31st, 2015 to April 4th, 2016 – three months and four days – MakerBot sold only 1,421 printers, an average of about fifteen per day.

  23. Hmmm.... Looks like it will be a looong time before this is saleable in any way. Maybe liquidation is best way to go given that revs are dismal (need to verify sales numbers with ref librarian via market share data)
