- I dont know if this the right place to ask, but i dont know where else to ask, facebook support never answer to it's users. My website so much depends on my facebook page, 90% of my visitors are from my facebook page.

- After i moved to my new shared hosting, that is 2 days ago at a2hosting. Since last 2 nights what ever i share my website's link to facebook, facebook system detected as spam and no one cant see them after few minutes which never happen before.
- Does anyone has this kind of issue with facebook.
- I read on google and someone says this could have hapen at shared hosting but he didnt explain. Can shared hosting cause this kind of problem?
- Hm, it could be a few reasons in all honesty, does your website use SSL? I noticed that before Facebook blocked my URL from being shared because SSL wasn't forced.
- Another reason could be that the IP Address you're shared host is using could be blacklisted by Facebook?

- yes, i am using SSL.
- How can i check if facebook is blacklisted my shared ip?
- looks like its A2hosting shared hosting problem, i moved back to my old host, my problem solve.
- Anyone can explain me why shared hosting could cause this kind of problem? Even if we shared ip we all have difference domain name, does facebook system check by ip?
- I try to use dedicated ip but technical team didnt reponse me for more than 24 hours so i think they are bad host or it is becuase of weekend

- If domain is not blacklisted then definitely IP is the issue. Facebook this tool can help you to update cache regarding domain meta info or IP.
- Thank you for trying A2! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing though I am sure we can get to the bottom of it
- I would really appreciate the opportunity to dig deeper into this and see if we can resolve it for you. So I can do so, would you mind providing me with a ticket ID I can reference or PM me with the primary domain name associated with your account?

- here is one of my tickets : #OSA-606-16781 - my website doesnt display new content
- i had 2 issues but of them is disapear, maybe you merge it.
- BTW, it was not 24 hours, i was more than 42 hours. Please take a look.
- I asked to support agent 2/3 times . They always said they will inform me, but never inform me, and i had doubt that my problem will never solve. so i move back to my old host, sorry if i cause you bad reputation here.
- Maybe Facebook is checking for your SPF record as Google and Yahoo started doing. If your spf record still has your old host and not your new host, some mail server will reject the mail and mark them as spam. I am not sure if it is the case here as I am not sure Facebook check for SPF record.
- This is just a wild guess.

- i try other host too, on this new host facebook still marked as spam, they both use litespeed. can litespeed has anything to do with it?
- It has nothing to do with Litespeed. (Very unlikely)
- 1) You need to check you site for blacklisting
- 2) If blacklisted, find the source/reason and go to your hosting provider
- More likely, this is due to neighboring infected site, hosted on the same IP bucket as you are.
